I am not your typical studio photographer as I forego the forced smiles to capture children and families in their own environment to allow their true personalities to emerge. I absolutely LOVE to photograph children! As a mommy of 3, I know just how important it is to capture the now before it passes. I want to leave my clients with true works of art they will cherish for years to come.

OK so they have the neatest playroom ever!! There is a door that is about 4 foot tall that leads to it. I had to duck down to go in. Once you are in, there is a full size swing set and rubber padded floors.
Can I please be a part of your family?? And what a extraordinary family this is.
The greatest thing about being a photographer is getting the opportunity to meet all of these amazing families. The fact that I am part of capturing memories for them that will last a lifetime is even better.

Oy Vey!! Where do I start??? This family is just so perfect in every way! I think they need to have a few more kiddos because I doubt they would ever produce a bad one : )
They are my old neighbors and J (the oldest) is one of my daughter’s best buds. We all miss seeing them on a daily basis taking out the garbage or loading into the car to head to school.
Such a fun loving family.

I can’t really say that I am behind with editing but I have a lot stacked up. Ugh!!!
Anyhow, here are 2 little men that I am working on now. They both have the greatest freckles ever.
Oh boy, have I ever heard “you have your hands full” before!! Well I definitely do and this mommy and daddy know that feeling all too well also. Twin boys are enough to throw ya over the edge at times, but so darn cute and fun.
I had my work cut out for me with these little guys. I was sweating within about 10 minutes of trying to chase them around and get at least one decent photo. : ) I managed to grab a few….thank goodness.

There are times when I sit back and ask myself why I choose to do what I do. Why do I want to add work to my day? Why do I want to take time away from my kiddos and hubby. But when I get the opportunity to photograph a family like this one, it helps me realize how easy peasy my job is (and fun). Every once in a while I need that reassurance as do most photographers at this crazy busy time of year!! : )

There are truly no words to describe this mommy and her family. She is the most genuine person that I know and would do just about anything for just about anyone!! Her heart is gigantic and I am forever grateful to call her my friend. Anyone who knows her and reads this will be totally agreeing. I love you Jen and your family is so perfect!!
